Windows XP SP1.. Will probably be the next release from the Windows Development Team. Longhorn will be the next Windows release, which should come out in 2003. While Longhorn will probably be a minor upgrade, Blackcomb is supposed to be a major release. Not much is known about Blackcomb, but rumors floating around claim it will feature a completely new GUI.
