Creating a Virtual CD

Question:
I would like to know if any of you knows of a programme that can make a virtual drive of a cd so that when i play game etc i dont have to have the cd, but i can run it off of the virtual drive i have created on my pc. I understand this tremendously increases the access time from using the actual cd so i am trying to juice the extra second while gaming. Thanks for your help.

Yes try this its a programme that creates a virtual drive on your computer (its all automatic)so you can for instance drop a game file in it and you can play it without burning it to cd first(handy to see if your copy works before wasting a cd . Its called alcohol 120%
