For example, using Outlook Express you access TOOLS | MAIL RULES | MAIL and create a NEW rule. Those rules with the word AND or the word OR in CAPS are put in the filter as (i.e. the BODY contains)would have this exact wording
guarantee AND satisfaction OR absolute
so that if the word guarantee and the word satisfaction, or the words guarantee and the word absolute appeared, the filter is activated
